Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your BlueQuail Clothing Co. purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returns and Exchanges

 

Return & Exchange Rules:

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
  • Sale/discounted items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
  • Free promotional items are non-returnable.
  • Items must be purchased through bluequailclothing.com directly.

Refunds:

  • Refunds issued back to the original payment method or store credit.
  • Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Allow up to 7 business days for refund to appear after processing.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges processed based on item availability.
  • If there is a price difference, we will charge or credit the difference accordingly.

Holiday Returns:

  • Orders placed during the holiday season are eligible for 30-day returns.

Lost Packages:

  • Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost shipments.
  • Please contact USPS/UPS directly to file a claim.
