Easter/Masters Sunday + First Tee Fort Worth

Easter/Masters Sunday + First Tee Fort Worth

As many may know, this year, Easter Sunday and the last day of the Masters Golf Tournament both land on Sunday, April 9th! So while some may be searching for Easter eggs, others will be searching for golf balls. We love Easter as it gives families a reason to get together and the kids get to spend quality time outdoors soaking in the fresh Spring air! BlueQuail Clothing Co. has been a big part of many families' Easter celebrations, especially the Lundgren's as it transfers perfectly from church to egg hunts outside.

BlueQuail Clothing Co founder, Amanda, and her family also love the game of golf and the Masters tournament. So much so that their twins, Lucy and Copeland, celebrated their 4th birthday party in true Masters golf style. Amanda and her husband even crafted putting greens for all the kids so they could put their putting skills to the test!

First Tee Fort Worth

First Tee is a youth development organization that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, they create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do. Amanda's son, Copeland, has participated in First Tee for the past two years and plans to continue the tradition.

First Tee believes in developing the ones that are just as fun as they are meaningful, where kids feel excited to grow, safe to fail, and better equipped for whatever comes their way next. Through their golf-based personal growth programs, they see kids build life and leadership skills that empower them in all areas of life, including school, friendships, and eventually careers.
